Do you come from a workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment or project management environment? Are you able to quickly establish and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders while managing a busy and demanding portfolio?
 
We are now taking applications for candidates interested in joining our Melbourne operations as a Resourcing Consultant.  This opportunity will see you help deliver the effective allocation of our internal staff onto projects, mapping current and future needs of the business, and ultimately increasing the productivity of our operations.
 
PwC's Resource Management team work across the firm to enable our business to be agile and commercial in the Australian market.  Resource Management (RM) provides the right people on the right clients, at the right time, across all of our services.  This is an exciting time for Resource Management as we build on the professionalism of our people, work closely with the business to develop and implement the PwC vision, values and strategy, and continue to strengthen our business.

You will:
  • Build influential relationships with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to both shape and implement the overall workforce strategy as well as deliver daily operational excellence;
  • Own resource productivity through running an effective demand management and resource supply process;
  • Use and develop workforce analytics to provide insights that drive productivity and other business / commercial improvements.

You have a solid background in resource management, project management or internal operational roles and possess good business acumen. This is an opportunity for an individual with senior stakeholder management skills who is highly organised, enjoys driving change, challenging thinking and working with a diverse team to achieve outstanding results and continual improvement. You will be commercial in your approach and enjoy the challenge of supporting the transformation of a business.
