Role Summary

A great opportunity for someone who is passionate about injury management and is keen to be part of our Health and Safety Team. The Injury Management Partner role will work closely with the business to minimise the impact of injury on our employees and Tabcorp.

Our Ideal Person

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an injury management/rehabilitation role, an undergraduate degree in health or allied health is preferred, plus someone who has extensive experience in consulting with workers, supervision and medical practitioners to develop return to work plans.  Experience in a health and safety role is advantageous.

With a strong customer service focus, you will be able to collaborate and work across a large and diverse organisation, be able to make sound decisions and be self-motivated. Critical to the role will be your strong influencing and negotiation skills and your ability to lead innovation and change.
