We have a super exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and help us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers while nurturing a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees.

We are flexible for this role to be based in either New South Wales or Melbourne. 

Role Overview:

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives. You will work closely with leaders across various departments to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Day to Day in the role:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Operations teams to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational goals and values.

Talent: Lead talent acquisition efforts, performance management processes, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution while promoting a culture of fairness and respect.

Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate workshops to empower employees and foster continuous learning and growth.

Culture Enhancement: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.

P&C Operations: HR compliance, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, Interpretation of awards and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
