The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Organisational Development (OD) partners with the business to lead People and Culture initiatives to assist in driving a high performing organisation and driving a ‘OneSQ’ Culture.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Business Partner experience in organisational development, people and culture and/or change management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, advise and coach Leaders.

Key accountabilities:

• Deliver HR and OD expertise, advice and guidance to provide best practice solutions aligned with SQ’s strategic direction and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead the continued development, implementation and delivery of the SQ Career and Development and Talent Management Frameworks. Partner with Management to develop and facilitate quality opportunities related to development and coaching.
• Lead the continued development of a Learning and Development Program aligned with strategic objectives, including Leadership Development, Induction and Team development.
• Develop, implement and maintain relevant HR policies, procedures, practices and guidelines to deliver information and education across Organisational Development, People and Culture matters.
• Develop and maintain positive and consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to enable collaborative partnerships.
• Provide guidance and input to senior management regarding succession planning and management.
• Maintain and provide support to the organisation on the ongoing effectiveness of the SQ Performance Cascade and Feedback system.
• Participate in workforce planning, culture and organisational change initiatives, and contribute to driving a collaborative culture of “OneSQ” aligned with the core values.
