Safety & Wellbeing Advisor - XXXX

At Lion our Safety & Wellbeing team are empowered every day supporting a culture in which the safety and wellbeing of each and every individual is our top priority. We are passionate about helping people live well and having some fun while making great beer.

We are currently looking for a Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to partner our XXXX Brewery site as part of our Lion Beer Australia business. This role will partner our site leaders in the development and implementation of safety, wellbeing and environmental management initiatives. As a member of the sites leadership team you will utilise your strong coaching and communication skills to drive the safety and environment culture to world class.

Ideally with a background within Health & Safety or a related field, coupled with a passion for promoting and championing a safety culture, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective implementation of risk, emergency and incident management, as well as contractor management processes. You will also work alongside an energised and supportive Safety & Wellbeing team as you play an integral role in implementing the Lion Beer Australia safety and wellbeing plan across your business.

This role partners a highly engaged and diverse team, providing a platform for your relationship building skills to shine. Your orientation to taking action and achieving in a dynamic and supportive work environment will ensure your success within this role.
