    Visitor Services Experience Officer

We are looking for a bold, collaborative and authentic Visitor Services Experience Officer who is interested in joining a leading NSW Government agency focused on creating a living future for the past so that our visitors can experience Sydney's past as if they had lived it themselves.

What the opportunity is:

  • Employment with Sydney Living Museums, Department of Premier & Cabinet
  • Clerk Grade 3/4 - $87,900. Package includes salary ($72,418 - $79,297), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (full-time equivalent).
  • Temporary part-time employment (28 hours per week/for a period up to 2 years)
  • The opportunity to work in historic locations ? Hyde Park Barracks Museum and other locations in the City Museums Portfolio, Sydney?s CBD

Sydney Living Museums (SLM) cares for a group of 12 of the most important historic houses, gardens and museums in NSW on behalf of the people of NSW.

What you?ll do with us

This role supports the Visitor Services Coordinators to lead front of house services and teams in the delivery of optimum customer experiences across the City Museums Portfolio sites. 

Job notes:

  • The role works a fixed roster including regular weekend work.
  • There are two (2) roles available.
  • Projected start date is 3 February 2020.
