People & Culture Coordinator
About the role:
Jurlique is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to work across our P&C functions and help drive business success with passionate & talented people!
You will be based in Sydney and will provide support to the National Australian P&C team and designated managers across both Sydney & Mount Barker offices.
The role presents a rewarding opportunity to drive organisational effectiveness and grow your career within a dedicated and supportive P&C team. This is a hands-on generalist position which would suit a recent graduate (HR/Business/Organisational Psychology) or an administrative professional looking for that next step in their HR career.
The People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing employee lifecycle activities, including: responding to inquiries, preparing HR documentation and maintaining employee records;
- Supporting the P&C team with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Managing or supporting onboarding processes for newly recruited staff;
- Supporting our P&C Managers with Training Calendar initiatives and facilitation of training modules;
- Supporting the administration of Performance Development processes;
- Supporting and administering remuneration, reward and incentive programs as directed by People & Culture Business Partner;
- Management of employment related data;
- Supporting Health and Safety activities under the guidance of our Health and Safety Manager;
- Support P&C projects as required.
We are seeking someone who has the following skills & expertise:
- Tertiary qualified in HR or related Business degree and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Results and detail-oriented administrator, ideally gained in a similar fast paced environment;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail;
- High level of customer service skills;
- Confidence to liaise and present to all levels of staff and management;
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Can demonstrate ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
- Experience with MS Office suite;
- Experience with or knowledge of Payroll is preferred but not essential.
