CSIRO’s Land & Water is seeking a driven and highly motivated Community Engagement and Information Program Consultant to be a part of an exciting research program in collaboration with Northern Territory Government. The Program aims to develop and implement a community information and engagement program to provide independent, credible, evidence-based information to a variety of communities.
In this role, you will be collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders including the Northern Territory Government, Northern Territory Aboriginal Interpreter Service (AIS), Aboriginal communities, traditional Aboriginal owners, Native Title Holders, land councils and the regulators. This is a unique opportunity for you to drive the program by using your professional network within the local and Indigenous communities within the gas and mining industry to develop exemplary communication methods that aim to deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate materials.

Salary: AU$117k – AU$138k plus up to 15.4% superannuation

To be eligible to work in CSIRO you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or either hold, or be able to obtain, a valid working visa.
