CSIRO’s Health and Biosecurity Business Unit is dedicated to conducting scientific research that develops products and services to address the complexity and interdependencies of human, animal and environmental health and biosecurity challenges to provide benefits to Australia and the world.
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high level administrative support to the Director and other senior stakeholders in the BU. The EA will prioritise commitments, follow through on issues to successful resolution, coordinate timely responses to requests, collect and analyse information, and plan and facilitate the effective operation of the Director’s office. Beyond day-to-day management of the administration needs of the Director, the EA will work as a key member of the H&B leadership team and as time permits, also lead or contribute to projects such as coordination of stakeholders, staff engagement, conducting desktop research, gathering information, writing reports and project scheduling.
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Salary: AU$89k - AU$101k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
