HR Consultant 7/8 I NSW Government

  • 4-month contract
  • Up to $70 p/h + super  

This is an opportunity for a HR consultant to take on an exciting opportunity to work in the Brand/Metrics & Change space in the NSW Government.  
Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate, develop and implement innovative communication strategies, materials and tools to inform and engage employees and leaders in current HR initiatives and programs
  • Work with the analytics and reporting teams to build dashboards and reports
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders in the HR Division to provide a detailed overview of current HR initiatives and programs
  • Drafting, editing and designing written material which will require graphic design and marketing skills to ensure key messages are communicated in a consistent and clear way across the Department

About you:
You will have extensive experience in a consultative role, and previous positions held in the top 4 are looked upon favourably. Work with analytics and development of presentation materials to senior stakeholders is also highly regarded, as is experience with graphic design/marketing and communications.
