Multiple opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to support the recruitment load within this NSW Government agency. You will be recruiting high quality staff across the board.

About the role:

• Act as subject matter expert, providing advice to managers on recruitment best practices, market trends and sourcing strategies
• Work with senior leaders and executives within the business
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Source candidates using a wide range of channels
• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and act proactive during issues
• Negotiate offers of employment, conduct background checks and assist with the on-boarding process
• Manage and maintain the Recruitment System (Taleo)

About you:

• Proven experience working in a recruitment role for NSW State Government
• Used to provide high quality service in a high-volume work environment
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous Taleo experience essential
