Our client based in the CBD have recently undergone a review of their “People and Culture” branch and are currently undergoing a number of changes as they transition into a new structure and way of operating. During this transition process they require a number of resources to assist with current work demand and delivery.
They are seeking a Project Manager to be based within their “People Strategy” business unit which is responsible for the delivery of critical cluster wide projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide project management end-to-end for critical projects, including but not limited to Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity, Culture and Analytics
- Develop and implement a new ePMO framework, systems and processes for the “People at the Heart” program of work, including building the capability of the extended program team to utilise the ePMO
- Lead all budgeting, reporting and governance activities for the People Strategy Unit
- Lead the transition of People Strategy Unit projects to Business-As-Usual, such as learning and capability programs, memberships and other services
