The Team

We collaborate and contribute to an HR team that is creative and innovative, that is genuinely focused on building a performance culture, that embraces diversity and delivers fantastic people solutions.

The role

The role will contribute and support the People strategy for each department, engage with senior leaders and managers to provide HR support and guidance, and lead game changing projects as required.

Duties and Responsibilities include;

  • Proactively support the delivery of HR programs, and functional people plans
  • Support in the management and delivery of strategic HR projects & people initiatives
  • Embed current programs and practices through education and engagement
  • Provide timely and accurate advice about policy interpretation and application, Performance management, Remuneration review, HRIS, Employee relations, Individual development and Compliance
  • Collaborate or lead on cross-functional HR and business initiatives as relevant

You

The HR Advisor supports and advises teams to manage operational HR requirements and will be across multiple functions

  • HR qualification and or demonstrated experience in all aspects of Employee Lifecycle – recruitment, remuneration, performance management, ER/IR, OD, learning and culture.
  • You value and encourage other’s expertise, efforts and ideas and provide support when things don’t always go as planned.
  • You challenge yourself to do things differently & go the extra mile to overdeliver on excitement.
  • Experience in end to end HR generalist role, ideally with senior stakeholder management experience
  • An understanding of and demonstrable commitment to a culture of Responsible Gambling
