About the role
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, we are seeking a skilled professional to provide oversight to our corporate risk management framework and our health, safety and wellbeing programs and activities. At Clarence Valley Council, we take the safety of our employees seriously and we’ve made great headway in recent years, creating a safe culture work environment. We’ve also recently established an enterprise risk management framework and combined the two as key focusses for the Coordinator Safety and Risk, to ensure the same risk management processes are applied across all activities. To be successful in the role you will need to be collaborative, influential, apply common sense and juggle multiple exciting projects. If you are someone who likes to support staff to manage their functions, by managing the risks associated with those functions, then we welcome your application.
