What you need to know...

  • permanent part time - minimum of 27 hours per fortnight
  • salary - $28.90 - $34,47 per hour, plus superannuation
  • location - Grafton/Maclean/Yamba
  • 7 day rotating roster

About the role

Our Community and Industry Engagement team are seeking friendly, innovative and energetic people to assist with all things related to My Clarence Valley tourism - quite possibly the best job in the world!

Utilising your excellent communication skills and proven experience in customer service, sales, marketing or tourism, you’ll be promoting the Clarence Valley and its experiences.

The My Clarence Valley team have a diverse role. You’ll be looking after our customers in person at our Tourism Information Centre in Grafton Regional Gallery and at our hubs in Yamba and Maclean.  We also provide information at events, so you could end up anywhere in the beautiful Clarence Valley. We also have loads of online customers, so you’ll need savvy, digital skills to manage our My Clarence Valley social media and website.

These are part time positions working between 9am and 4pm across 7 days for a minimum of 27 hours per fortnight. With additional shifts this could be up to 70 hours per fortnight.

Other important information

These positions are located in Grafton, Maclean and Yamba, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A drivers licence is essential.

A probation period applies to this position.
