We’re on the hunt for a Research and Insights Analyst to join our National Research & Insights team (SCAiQ) based in Brisbane.

The purpose of the Research and Insights Analyst - SCAiQ is to leverage sales revenue by providing up to date research analysis to the Local and Agency Sales Teams around the SCA network.

What you’ll be doing:

As our newest Research and Insights Analyst you be joining SCA iQ within the National Sales Insights and Effectiveness team to leverage business performance by providing up-to-date research analysis to the Local and Agency Sales Teams around the SCA Network. 

Reporting directly to the Client Insights and Effectiveness Director, you will work across Metro Radio, Regional Radio, LiSTNR and TV to provide data analysis and insights on the entire network’s entertainment solutions. You will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns across a variety of attribution tools, including Brand Lift surveys. 

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Media and Market Research position
  • Degree in Media/Communications/Marketing or similar qualifications
  • Knowledge of research software (GfK Radio Probe, Nielsen Clear Decisions etc)
  • Knowledge of survey software (Sparq) is advantageous
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills. Must have the ability to tell a story through data with the aid of visual representation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Advanced capabilities to conduct desk research
  • Knowledge of the media and market research landscape both nationally and internationally
