Learning & Development Consultant

It's exciting times here at Red Energy and what better way to kick off the New Year than to join our fantastic team on a 12 month contract. Red Energy is owned by the mighty Snowy Hydro which makes us 100% Australian owned and operated.  Located right in the heart of Richmond, we are an essential service supporting over 1200 employees!

Since March of last year, our approach to Learning and Development has shifted slightly with the times, but our focus remains on providing a first class learning experience to our employees.

We’re in search of a Learning and Development Consultant who has perfected the art of audience engagement, whether it be in person or more recently, virtually. Given the collaborative nature of our workplace, your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business will be required to achieve success in this role. You will be just as comfortable facilitating inductions for new employees across the business as you are creating bespoke learning modules through your understanding of adult learning principles.

Experience with e-learning (with a preference for Articulate Storyline) will be an advantage as you facilitate inductions and manage projects simultaneously. We look forward to benefiting from your wealth of knowledge and equally, we can’t wait to share our exciting program with you.
