Wyndham City currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an individual aspirising to progress their HR career.

Working within the People Services Unit, you will be responsible for working in partnership with the business to develop and deliver innovative policies, processes, projects and reporting requirements that address emerging themes and issues in the Human Resources and Injury Management fields.  Responsible for the daily supervision of two People Services Support Partners, together you will provide assistance to the Human Resources Business Partners to meet established objectives.

You will have a relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources with experience in a generalist Human Resources environment.  Prior experience supervising and leading a small team is essential.  Your strong project, administration and time management skills coupled with your commitment to continuous improvement principles, will allow you to succeed in this role.

Your commitment to working as part of a team and supporting colleagues to achieve positive outcomes, along with your ability to be self-motivated, use your initiative and have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are key attributes for this fast paced environment.
