$93,490 – $103,545 pa, plus superannuation

Wyndham City has an excellent opportunity for an individual to drive best practice within the People Services Unit and manage complex employee relations and recruitment related matters.

You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management along with significant relevant human resources experience in a complex, diverse and multi-disciplinary environment. Within this fast-paced environment, you will report to the Team Leader Human Resources and be responsible for providing specialist, accurate and timely advice on employee related matters, whilst having the ability to work independently, problem solve and manage conflicting deadlines.

Partnering with the business to create a one stop shop for your Business Partners, you will broker services for the People & Capability Department to delivery on key organisational objectives.  Your people focus approach, strategic thinking and ability to research and implement contemporary practices to drive continuous improvement and creatively resolve problems, along with your ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, are key for your success within
this position.
