Supporting the wider leadership team and workforce you, as the People & Culture Manager will take a hands on approach to maintaining and building a strong people culture.

 

Full time hours with the opportunity to shift hours as required.

 

Inner eastern suburbs with onsite parking.

 

Salary is negotiable for the right fit around $100k + super.

 

Education sector experience preferred but not essential. What is essential is that you have a passion for people and take a warm approach to building relationships with all staff. You will be comfortable with the pace of a school or not for profit environment where the community is the main focus.

 

You will be a HR generalist and responsible for all aspects of IR/ER, recruitment, rem & ben, performance management and employee engagement.
