Change and Communications Officer 

Are you an experienced Change and Communications Officer? We are recruiting for a casual opportunity to work as a Randstad contractor at one of our client in the public sector.

We are looking for someone with a strong communication and engagement background, ideally gained from supporting large / enterprise wide projects.

The engagement is initially approximately six months with potential for extension. This role is to be based in the client’s office in the Adelaide CBD.

About the Role:

You will be working on complex change management activities including the development and implementation of change management, communications, stakeholder management and training plans.

Role Requirements:

  • At least five years experience of demonstrated experience coordinating and undertaking critical change programs, projects and services in a large organisation.
  • Experience in change management activities including change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications analysis, training needs analysis and contributing to the development and successful implementation of change management plans and actions.
