We are seeking a professional, flexible and resilient Safety & Wellbeing advisor to join our client's team. This role is responsible for workcover, incident investigation, administration and data maintenance of injury/incident/claim. Report to the Direcotr of People & Culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage effective administration of claims management and return to work program.
- Provide support to managers on legal compliance regarding workcover.
- Coordinate health and safety programs.
- High Stakeholder engagement with external bodies.
- Recommend process improvement.
Key requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Health and Safety.
- Must have experience in worker compensation, injury mamangement and claims process.
- Ability to work autonomously in a tight knit team.
