About the role:

This role will see you drive end-to-end performance improvement through structured collaborative process reviews and empowerment of staff to drive improvement in on-time running of passenger services, delivery and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
  • Identify, lead and manage change in line with corporate objectives, driving performance improvement across operational and technical departments
  • Regularly report to the Executive on network performance
  • Analyse performance and success of changes, identify key learnings and assess impact of changes
  • Using practical lean principles to identify operational barriers to improvement and generate targeted solutions
  • Develop a method of effectively communicating plans including operating group performance results
Your experience:

You will come to us with industry-relevant tertiary qualifications and a proven history of high performance within a similar role. You possess experience in operational performance improvement projects (including practical application of lean principles), demonstrating a good understanding of how operational and technical activities are integrated and ultimately delivered sustainably within a large, complex organisation.

Additionally, you value the importance of teamwork, and listening, challenging your peers and making a difference. You confidently bringinnovation to the table with a positive attitude. You have the agility to engage with a variety of stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships and communicating technical data at all levels. You also have the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on excellence.
