An opportunity has arisen within our Strategy and Transformation division for an experienced change and agile delivery leader. The new Head of Change & Business Improvement role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and is a valuable member of the organisation's Leadership team. 

About the position

In this newly created role, you will lead enterprise change governance and portfolio management as well as enable agile delivery stream outcomes via your leadership of specialist teams of Business Analysts, Change Specialists, Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

You'll provide specialist capabilities to agile delivery teams to deliver value at pace. You'll also lead our organisation maturity of the new agile ways of working as well as formulating a new measurement framework.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing an agile enterprise change management framework including governance structure, standards, tools and education
• Providing specialist capabilities for the agile change delivery operating model including Business Analysts, Change Specialists, Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Establishing governance and providing lean portfolio management services to support prioritisation, risk management and assurance processes
• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement by providing the frameworks, methodologies, tools and education to empower the business
• Leading, coaching and providing education to delivery and operational teams to increase the organisation's awareness and skills with agile ways of working
• Developing and providing an enterprise knowledge management capability to support operational performance, collaboration and growth

A strong leader, you will have a heightened sense for business acumen and have knowledge of contemporary governance models and measurement frameworks.

A relevant degree in Business and extensive experience in leading change is essential.
