The role
With a focus on recruiting key management personnel, this is a highly visible and critical role that will drive the executive talent strategy to support business expansion.
- Develop recruitment strategies to support high-profile business projects and BAU objectives
- Research the market and gather brief information from various sources, to define target profiles and talent pools
- Establish industry networks and contacts globally and locally, to build talent maps and gather market intelligence
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract candidates at the executive and senior management level
- Support, guide and advise senior management and other internal stakeholders on recruitment best-practice
- Deliver results within a fast-paced, deadline-driven (project) environment
What you bring
- Demonstrated success recruiting executive and senior talent, ideally in an in-house function, with the ability to attract through direct approach
- Sound understanding of executive search and market mapping, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean principles
- Capable to build relationships with senior leaders (internal and external), influencing and communicating with impact
- Pragmatic, results-focused and comfortable to work with deadlines
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Displays high integrity at all times whilst navigating ambiguity and acting with discretion
- Background recruiting in the industrial sector, ideally transport and infrastructure, highly desirable
