Executive Search Recruitment Consultant 

The role

With a focus on recruiting key management personnel, this is a highly visible and critical role that will drive the executive talent strategy to support business expansion.

  • Develop recruitment strategies to support high-profile business projects and BAU objectives
  • Research the market and gather brief information from various sources, to define target profiles and talent pools
  • Establish industry networks and contacts globally and locally, to build talent maps and gather market intelligence
  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract candidates at the executive and senior management level
  • Support, guide and advise senior management and other internal stakeholders on recruitment best-practice
  • Deliver results within a fast-paced, deadline-driven (project) environment

What you bring         

  • Demonstrated success recruiting executive and senior talent, ideally in an in-house function, with the ability to attract through direct approach
  • Sound understanding of executive search and market mapping, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean principles
  • Capable to build relationships with senior leaders (internal and external), influencing and communicating with impact
  • Pragmatic, results-focused and comfortable to work with deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Displays high integrity at all times whilst navigating ambiguity and acting with discretion
  • Background recruiting in the industrial sector, ideally transport and infrastructure, highly desirable
