Customer Service and Records Information Manager 

Provide direction and guidance to a team of direct reports, including actively managing performance, setting priorities, allocating resources, delivering on quality benchmarks, and driving effective customer centric services.

Ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities in administering data and information, understand and comply with relevant policies, practices, procedures and performance standards including the Evidence Act and Privacy principles.

Contribute to change management and business improvement initiatives through the delivery of effective communications plans, staff coaching and training programs, planning and business case development as required.
