About Us

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) hears and decides civil and administrative legal cases. Established in 1998, it is the busiest tribunal in Australia. VCAT finalises more than 85,000 cases a year, mostly disputes, at over 46 venues across Victoria.

About the Role

The Workforce Planning and Design Adviser is responsible for designing and implementing a tailored workforce planning framework and associated initiatives at VCAT.

The incumbent will be required to utilise underpinning data for evidence based decisions on a range of human resource (HR) activities including sourcing and attraction strategies; talent management; and succession planning.

About You

The Workforce Planning and Design Adviser will require experience and knowledge of sourcing, recruitment, data analysis and translating business strategy and priorities into workforce design plans and initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR-related projects and establishing new processes is essential.
