About the Judicial College

The Judicial College of Victoria (the College) supports the Victorian judiciary to successfully meet the unique challenges of their roles through judicial education, research, and knowledge creation and dissemination.

About the Role

Reporting to the Judicial Wellbeing Advisor, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of judicial wellbeing education projects and programs. They provide a broad range of administrative and research support services to ensure College programs and projects are delivered to the highest standard. They are a highly motivated and organised operator, with excellent time management skills.

The Project Coordinator maintains effective project coordination and administrative systems and manages workload scheduling for senior staff. They support projects from conception to delivery, including attending programs that they have been involved in. They have an authentic interest in educational programs and events that enhance wellbeing in the justice system.

About you

You are an enthusiastic, service-oriented person with a strong work ethic, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will bring ideas and energy to the team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes. You have an eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, both for yourself and on behalf of senior colleagues, with ease.

You have experience in the justice, research or social sciences sector, and are proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) as well as Indesign and Photoshop.
