About Us

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) hears and decides civil and administrative legal cases. Established in 1998, it is the busiest tribunal in Australia. VCAT finalises more than 85,000 cases a year, mostly disputes, at over 46 venues across Victoria.

About the Role

The Manager, People & Culture is a high level generalist role responsible for contemporary HR direction and solutions across VCAT.

The incumbent will be required to undertake high level generalist duties whilst also managing HR projects; providing expert advice; and undertaking workforce analysis.

About You

The Manager People & Culture will require demonstrated experience in the delivery and continuous improvement of contemporary operational and strategic HR services.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR-related projects and establishing new processes is essential.
