Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this position is a true business partnering role. You will partner with employees across both the Adelaide Support Office and your Park whole portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing coaching and support to stakeholders on all HR related activities to ensure they are empowered to make fully informed decisions
Managing Employee Relations investigations
Project manage the recruitment for your park portfolio
Work with the operations team when the company acquires new park operations
Leading the annual performance review process for your region
Maintaining strong working relationship with Regional Managers and Park employees
Contribute to the ongoing succession planning for your region and manage the talent mapping process
Provide regular reporting
Contribute to new initiatives and projects within the People & Culture Team
Provide coaching and training to the Team’s HR Coordinator
To be successful in this role, you will bring
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar business partnering role
Experience in fast paced environments – tourism or retail highly desirable
A coaching and consultative approach to working with your key stakeholders
Exceptional people and relationship management skills
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex ER cases
The ability to challenge the status quo and implement new initiatives

You will have a highly organised mindset, attention to detail, comfortable to influence and negotiate with your stakeholders and ability to function well within a business that is disrupting the accommodation sector.
