The Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this position is a true business partnering role. You will partner with employees across both the Adelaide Support Office and your Park whole portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing coaching and support to stakeholders on all HR related activities to ensure they are empowered to make fully informed decisions
  • Managing Employee Relations investigations
  • Project manage the recruitment for your park portfolio
  • Work with the operations team when the company acquires new park operations
  • Leading the annual performance review process for your region
  • Maintaining strong working relationship with Regional Managers and Park employees
  • Contribute to the ongoing succession planning for your region and manage the talent mapping process
  • Provide regular reporting
  • Contribute to new initiatives and projects within the People & Culture Team
  • Provide coaching and training to the Team’s HR Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you will bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar business partnering role
  • Experience in fast paced environments – tourism or retail highly desirable
  • A coaching and consultative approach to working with your key stakeholders
  • Exceptional people and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex ER cases
  • The ability to challenge the status quo and implement new initiatives
