Fantastic opportunities have arisen for Human Resource professionals to join our newly formed People, Culture and Safety Branch with permanent and a 2-year temporary contract position available. 

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing high quality human resources guidance and support to management and employees that enables continuous improvement in operational performance as well as the achievement of desired cultural change through Council's new strategic direction. 

Key areas of accountability for this position include:

• Undertake and complete projects included in Council’s Strategies
• Provide input regarding organisational culture, values and workforce planning to the Manager People Culture and Safety
• Providing specialist advice and guidance to the organisation on all HR matters
