ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - DRC320

- 35 hour week
- Salary $84,752-$98,495 per annum plus super
Dubbo Regional Council has undergone a significant amount of change following the amalgamation of the former Dubbo City and Wellington Councils.
Working as part of the CEO’s newly formed Executive Services unit this position provides a fantastic opportunity for a professional with experience in the areas of organisational development and/or change management who welcomes the challenge of working in an organisation undergoing transformational change. This position will work on a variety of projects to improve efficiencies and productivity for the whole organisation.
As the Organisational Development Specialist you will be responsible for assisting the leadership team drive leadership and employee development initiatives and cultural change.
