What you’ll do: 

  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning solutions in consultation with key delivery partners that grow employee skills, and uplift workforce performance and capability in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide technical advice and support to managers and employees on strategic workforce learning and development opportunities across both blue-collar and white-collar environments. 
  • Maintain currency of contemporary learning and organisational development tools, and techniques, through research, professional networks, forums, and diverse group interaction.
  • Continuously identify innovative learning delivery practices through utilising new and emerging technologies to develop relevant, impactful, and personalised learning experiences.
  • Identify business challenges, contribute, and develop ideas that will resolve key capability gaps to improve employee competence and confidence.
  • Optimise the value of formal training programs and drive desired behavioural change through the development of transfer of learning strategies within an operating environment.
  • Establish a train-the trainer program, tools, and standards to develop enterprise facilitators to enhance learning capability and efficacy across the organisation. 

What we are looking for:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development, Adult Learning, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related business discipline.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, contemporary learning models eg. 70:20:10, human-centred design.
  • Broad understanding of organisational capability issues and challenges within a large, complex organisation. 
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide people programs and services within a diverse organisation that resulted in improved workforce engagement and capability. 
  • Demonstrated experience project managing the design, development and delivery of learning programs, videos, webinars, workshops, blended learning, and resource materials, and understanding learning modality application to optimise outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to create buy-in and effectively drive cultural change and measurable improvement.
