Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Human Resources professional to join the ICC Sydney Human Resources team who is driven, to achieve results aligned to the people agenda in the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

As a senior member of the HR leadership team, you will assist the Manager, Human Resources Business Partnering in leading the Partnering Team to deliver strategic and operational results. You will be instrumental in working with business leaders to align business and human resource strategic objectives to drive improved results. Working across the full spectrum of HR functions (Onboarding, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Engagement and Culture Initiatives, Employee Relations, Policy Development and people solutions) you will be the key HR contact for your business portfolio, backed by a Human Resources Shared Services function. Your success, will be measured by the outcomes of your business units.

You will have the ability to develop, maintain and influence leaders to achieve sound results and improved outcomes. You will be of a curious mind, comfortable in a fast paced and challenging environment and have the ability to work autonomous, supported by a full suite of HR capabilities and proven record of accomplishment in Human Resources.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in a HR Partner role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience across generalist Human Resource functions (Recruitment, HRIS, Training, Industrial Relations, EBA negotiations, Employment Relations and HR Analytics)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an enthusiastic and positive attitude;
