Your Role
You will join a dynamic team who work in an innovative environment and manage leading talent acquisition and diversity projects aligned to AFSA’s People Strategy 2020. In this role you will identify and develop targeted attraction and sourcing strategies to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition. You will also manage and contribute to the development of engaging Diversity and Inclusion programs. You will have an opportunity to attend industry specific networking events to enhance your expertise and industry intelligence in talent acquisition.
