Defence People Group is an enabling group in the department, delivering high quality People strategy, policy and services to our customers.

The Roles:

As a HR Business Partner in Defence People Group you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the Defence workforce. You will lead a team that collaborates with colleagues across the People Domain and more broadly across the Enabling Services to deliver integrated, customer focussed solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to our senior leaders having the opportunity to influence and drive creative workforce solutions for the future.

You will have the ability to lead and engage diverse teams and drive their performance. Additionally you will possess excellent business acumen, the ability to analyse data and drive insights, conceptualise ideas and present compelling HR solutions.
