Head of Learning & Development

Currently we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join the T2 family.Based at our Global Support Centre in Collingwood, and working as part of the Global People team, the core purpose of the role is to operate as a business partner to T2 Leadership teams, providing strategic guidance, advice on L&D programs and initiatives to support the delivery of our purpose and objectives.

Leading small team, you will be responsible for;
  • Drive and Execute Process Efficiencies
  • Implement change initiatives
  • Responsible for implementation and ongoing maintenance and enhancements to new HRIS
  • Manage T2’s education budget
  • Key project members for organizational wide initiatives
  • Build a high performance culture
  • Set high standards and accountability for ongoing excellence
To be successful in this role, you will come with the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in a L&D Manager role leading a L&D team
  • Previous learning & development experience in multi site stores
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong understanding of digital learning
  • Global mindset with the ability to implement locally
  • Capable of working autonomously and within a team
  • Previous experience in using an LMS system is advantageous
  • Wiliness to think differently & challenge the status quo
