About the Role

About you
Ideally you will have a proven track record as an experienced internal recruiter or agency recruiter who is excited and comfortable with a fast paced, volume recruitment environment. You will bring strong recruitment knowledge and experience, preferably using technology to proactively source and manage the recruitment process.
You have a knack for building strong working relationships quickly and use your attention to detail, customer service and sense of urgency to inspire trust and confidence in your actions and capabilities across the business. Your stakeholders will regard you highly because of your diligence and conscientious focus on service delivery both internally and to external candidate market. Industry experience across a retail environment, or branch network environment in a high-volume recruitment space would be extremely beneficial.
