HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS – 2 POSITIONS

Two opportunities currently exist to be a part of a dynamic and growth-focused workforce, as members of a recently restructured HR Department. Providing the opportunity to excel as HR generalists, whilst being provided the autonomy and agency to demonstrate specialist knowledge and capacity, the roles are focused on key internal customer service delivery. With significant opportunities for growth working with an experienced and savvy leadership ensemble, you will enjoy the opportunity to problem solve, innovate and lead as the organisation moves towards a new and exciting phase of its cultural evolution.

 Whilst we would be thrilled if you had some prior knowledge and/or qualifications in HR, we are equally as excited by the notion of prospective employees proving to be a highly effective fit for what we’re trying to grow, do and achieve. A passion to serve our community, both internally and externally, is a must, with a premium placed on those with the ability to help us deliver our purpose with humility and a conscientious spirit.
