Your role is to use what you have learnt to develop all the necessary HR documentation and processes to implement and manage. Using your excellent people skills, you'll develop strong relationships with managers to maximise performance. You will be accountable for developing and driving people initiatives and programs to improve people development and the people experience across the organisation to support, build, engage and retain talent.

You will have strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. It is also essential that you are up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.

What You Need to Have

  • Passion, Consistency, Respect & Integrity
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or another related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR advisor or generalist role (minimum of 5-8 years) with in-depth knowledge of contemporary HR practices, workers compensation and employee relations matters 
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principles, policies and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Success in similar roles, particularly with construction industry is an advantage
  • Experience with Mac computers and First Aid Certificate is an advantage
  • NSW National Police Check (National Police Certificate)
  • Valid NSW driver Licence and own transport
