Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team in a newly created role. 

The People and Culture Business Partner will be an integral member of the team, providing support and advice to our leaders across all aspects of the people cycle. 

The focus of this role is to coach and support managers and executives on a broad range of complex HR issues, building capability and offering solutions in line with organisational priorities and in accordance with relevant government policy, legislation, industrial awards and departmental policies.

Along with the true generalist People and Culture Business Partner accountabilities, this role will work closely with the General Manager People and Culture to facilitate organisation alignment to our People Strategy and help create an exceptional employee experience.
