We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our HR division. Reporting to the Manager – People and Culture, this position works as part of the HR team in partnering with our managers to ensure our most important assets; our people, are recruited, onboarded, trained and inspired in a manner that contributes to positive personal and organisational outcomes. Typical duties include recruitment, selection and onboarding, maintaining employee records and systems, coordinating staff events and training, managing return to work claims, completing monthly reporting and providing support to employees and department managers.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative skills and display a high level of drive, initiative, maturity and discretion. You will be outcomes and solutions focused, attentive to detail and a positive team player who values working with others to succeed.
Experience in HR with a solid understanding of industrial relations is desirable though not essential.
