The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing HR team and will work closely with our Store Operations leadership teams! With a proactive and hands-on approach, you will be responsible supporting leadership teams on HR functions in a true generalist capacity. You will thrive in a supportive team environment which is highly focused on delivering pragmatic and proactive HR solutions.

About You 

You must have at least three years HR generalist experience including strong employee relations and investigation skills, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and liaise with managers and team members across all levels of the organisation. This is a varied role, so prioritising and managing the daily operational HR challenges will require flexibility and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ approach to HR activities.

You will provide advice and support in relation to policies, procedures, and employment conditions; performance management, and talent planning activities. As a trusted business partner, you will have proven coaching skills and experience in developing and contributing to HR tools and frameworks.

It is a fast paced, dynamic environment where your role will change daily allowing you to make the most of your HR skills and experience. 

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, prior experience in HR, a strong knowledge of employment legislation, presentation skills, the ability to craft well written documentation while being adaptable and resilient.
