Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for a People Experience (PX) Business Partner to join our People team! As the PX Business Partner, you’ll become a strategic advisor and trusted confidant, partnering with our restaurant and state leadership teams to cultivate a thriving workplace where people and performance go hand-in-hand. 

You’ll have broad remit which includes providing support, advice, and guidance in relation to strategy, culture and engagement, retention, performance and reward, development and succession, employee relations and workers compensation.  

If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of people and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you! Bring your expertise in HR generalist functions, your infectious enthusiasm, and your collaborative spirit to our team. 

What are the essential qualifications & experience?  

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Psychology or related subject. 
• Proven experience, at least 4 years, in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment. 
• Advanced understanding of Australian employment law, award interpretation and disciplinary management.
