A West Australian Police Force employee has been accused of selling information she unlawfully accessed from work computer systems.

The 32-year-old faced Midland Magistrates Court this week.

She pleaded guilty to charges including acting corruptly, unlawful use of a computer and unauthorised disclosure of information between August 2017 and January this year.

She also pleaded guilty to some drug charges and was fined.

The accused is alleged to have received more than $16,000 for passing on information obtained from police systems while working at the Police Assistance Centre.

She was charged following an Internal Affairs Unit investigation and was suspended from duty.

She will face the WA District Court on July 5.
