HR Officer
The Human Resources (HR) Officer works collaboratively with all staff of Mallee District Aboriginal Services (MDAS), specifically Directors, Managers and Coordinators, to deliver operational human resources, generalist HR advice.
They will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of all licensing and screening documentation in the ConnX database, maintain personal file audits both electronic and hard copy and assist with all HR administrative functions.
The role will also assist the Manager Human Resources (HR) and HR Business Partners with allocated project work.
Activities will be monitored and reported through the delivery of the strategic plan, and in accordance with annual business plans and budgets.
Activities will include all facets of Human Resources and Industrial Relations including; Recruitment, Selection and Retention of staff, Performance Management and Industrial Relations matters.
The Human Resources Officer will work to promote company’s reputation as “the employer of choice”.
Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications:
Certificate IV Human Resources or willingness to work towards obtaining.
