About the role

If you are passionate about providing advice, coaching and assistance to the business on a wide range of HSE related matters as a true HSE business partner this role might be for you.

You will utilise your strong customer service skills to provide specialise advice and support to the operational business and management, as well as play a key role in the continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes.

This includes change management and HSE leadership to support business leaders in engaging their staff in the delivery of HSE business outcomes while aligning with the organisational strategic direction and initiatives.

About you

As a successful candidate, it is essential that you have a degree level qualification in a field of environment or safety management. You will hold extensive experience in providing Health Safety and or Environmental related support and advice to internal stakeholders and senior management.

You will demonstrate experience in providing safety or environmental management support to operational work groups within a medium to large technical organisation. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate high interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers.

As our HSE Business Partner, you will have solid experience in delivering projects involving the implementation of HSE strategies and systems to achieve a structured approach that manages risks and delivers on time, cost and quality.
