Senior Consultant - Talent, Culture and Learning
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our People Team. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy through delivering best in class organisational development strategies from design to evaluation. You will help shape the future of organisational development at the RBA and will work in partnership with our Transformation Office to develop and optimise our culture and leadership strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Culture, Talent & Learning this role will form part of the Centre of Excellence within the People Team. The role will work closely with our senior leaders, People Leadership and People Partnering teams to understand organisational needs and ensure solutions are aligned to the strategic goals of the RBA.
Your background
- Extensive experience in organisational development and a true passion for creating people strategies that deliver value and impact.
- Deep expertise in Talent and Succession, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, People Communications, Capability and Learning (from needs analysis to evaluation).
- Experience in HR transformation programs with a strong background in change management.
- Excellent project management and solution governance skills
- Strong knowledge of organisational development theories, principles, and practices.
- Collaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
- The ability to design and deliver initiatives for employees at all levels, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.
- Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.
- Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs.
- Passion for driving organisational change.
Education
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Organisational Development
- Post Graduate qualifications desired
- Whilst not essential, your application will stand out if you are a registered organisational psychologist and or have certifications in coaching, HBDI, 360 tools and team performance diagnostics
