About the opportunity 

The Change Management Practice Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the Organisational Change Management Practice within the University.

Reporting to the Director PMO, this role works in partnership with project sponsors, business owners and their teams to manage transformational or operational changes that occur across the University, ensuring the efficient and effective transition management of structures, processes and people to a desired future state.

The incumbent will lead a team of Organisational Change Managers, develop methods, techniques, tools and KPI’s to create a high quality, professional, repeatable practice across the university, for the consistent and effective organisational preparation management throughout the project management lifecycle.

  • Implementing and managing the Organisational Change Management practice
  • Providing change management leadership and advice throughout the development and implementation lifecycle
  • Managing the overarching change management governance and reporting throughout implementation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex and challenging environment.
