The Manager Rostering Quality, People Hub position will focus on the delivery of Rostering Best Practice education with a primary focus being on consistent training and improved governance in accordance with Ministry of Health Rostering Best Practice guidelines and NSW Ambulance protocols and procedures for NSW Ambulance rostering. The role will research, design, develop, implement, evaluate and oversee activities associated with Rostering Best Practice initiatives across NSW Ambulance.
